Dear Nick and Andy I am just writing to thank you for all your kindness and efficiency in helping my mother (TL) move from her home to Arcadian Court. You must have had clients who belong, as mum does, to a generation of women who have never had to buy or sell a house as, by the arrangements of their time, their husbands did it all. For that reason, she was extremely apprehensive about undertaking a move for the first time as a widow of 82. As I say, you must see this a lot, but you have become very adept at dealing with it. You were both so consistently clear, reliable and thoughtful with her that any concern and inconvenience was reduced to a minimum. In particular you took the pressure off her over making and accepting bids, which was the area she found most daunting. So, thank-you very much again. You had been recommended to mum by a previous client of yours, and I am not surprised that the word of mouth is so positive, given the service that you have given to her.
